विटामिन सी की आपकी बात सही है, लेकिन प्रोटीन की पूर्णता नष्ट नहीं होती है, अगर भोजन से प्रोटीन पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो जाता है, तो वह भोजन नहीं है ।
