हाल की जनगणना के आधार पर भारत के सभी लोकसभा और विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की सीमाओं का पुनर्निर्धारण। सीमाओं के पुनर्निर्धारण में राज्य में प्रतिनिधित्व को स्थिर रखा जाना चाहिए, अर्थात प्रतिनिधियों की संख्या में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होना चाहिए।
