RNA और DNA में अंतर (Difference between RNA and DNA)
1. DNA सभी आनुवंशिकी क्रियाएँ का संचालन करता है। जीन इनकी इकाई है। यह प्रोटीन संश्लेषण को नियंत्रित करता है, DNA से ही RNA का संश्लेषण होता है।
2. DNA की अधिकांश मात्रा केन्द्रक में ही होती है, RNA राइबोसोम पर लगे रहते है। RNAकेन्द्रक के बाहर विभिन्न आदेशों को लेकर एमिनो अम्लों को चुनने के मदद करता है और प्रोटीन संश्लेषण में सहायता करते है।
DNA में डिऑक्सीराइबोज शर्करा होती है, RNA में शर्करा राइबोज होती है।
4. DNA में बेस एडिनीन, ग्वानिन, थायमिन एवं साइटोसीन होते है, RNA में बेस थायमिन की जगह यूरेसिल आ जाता है।
5. DNA मुख्य: केन्द्रक में पाया जाता है, RNA केन्द्रक एवं कोशिकाद्रव्य दोनों में पाया जाता है।
6. DNA में चार क्षार होते है, RNA में एक क्षार होता है।
