आवश्यक सामग्री । Ingredients
काले जामुन – 1/2 किलो
सूखी मिर्च – 3
नमक – आवश्यकतानुसार
पानी – आवश्यकतानुसार
सहायक सामग्री
सूती कपड़ा – जामुन बांधने के लिए
मिट्टी का बर्तन – जामुन रखने के लिए
कांच की बोतल – सिरका रखने के लिए
जामुन का सिरका बनाने का तरीका
– काले जामुन को साफ पानी से धो कर पोछ लें।
फिर इसे मिट्टी के बर्तन में डालकर नमक मिलाकर साफ कपड़े से बांध कर धूप में रख दें।
– लगभग एक महीनों तक धूप में रखने के बाद इसके रस को किसी साफ सूती कपड़े से छानकर कांच के बोतल में भर कर रख लें।
– अब इसमें 3 सूखी लाल मिर्च डाल दें और कांच की बोतल का मुंह बंद कर दें।
उपयोग
– जामुन के सिरके में कटी हुई मूली, प्याज, गाजर, हरी मिर्च और सिंघाड़े आदि के टुकड़े इन्हें डालकर चावल के साथ चख सकते है।
– जामुन का सिरका सलाद में डालकर भी भोजन के साथ खाया जा सकता है।
