इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने मध्य भारत माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड ग्वालियर मप्र की सीबीआई जांच का आदेश दिया है. बोर्ड पर बिना मान्यता के हाईस्कूल व इंटर की फर्जी डिग्री देने का आरोप है. जिसको लेकर हरियाणा, दिल्ली व ग्वालियर में आपराधिक केस दर्ज किया गया है. फर्जी डिग्री जारी करने वाले गैंग का ऑल इंडिया नेटवर्क होने तथा शिक्षा व्यवस्था की गंदगी साफ करने के लिए कोर्ट ने सीबीआई जांच जरूरी माना है और कहा है कि सीबीआई दोषी लोगों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज करे ताकि फर्जी डिग्री का धन्धा करने वाले सलाखों के पीछे आ सकें.यह आदेश जस्टिस वीके शुक्ल तथा एमसी त्रिपाठी की खण्डपीठ ने जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी कन्नौज व अन्य की विशेष अपीलों पर दिया है. कोर्ट ने श्रीमती साधना कटियार व अन्य केस में एकलपीठ के याची को सहायक अध्यापक नियुक्ति पर विचार करने के आदेश को रद कर दिया है. इस बोर्ड की डिग्री को उप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड की डिग्री की समकक्षता के आधार पर कई लोगों ने खत्म कर दी गयी थी. उप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड के सचिव ने 9 दिसम्बर 15 को आदेश जारी कर कहा कि मध्य भारत माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड वैधानिक बोर्ड नहीं है. उसे परीक्षा लेने का अधिकार नहीं है. एमपी व उप्र में जांच करायी गयी. मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने भी कहा कि ग्वालियर बोर्ड फर्जी है. कागजों पर दौड़ रहे बोर्ड ने कइयों को डिग्री बांटी और एक गैंग कार्य कर रहा है. नेटवर्क का पर्दाफास करने के लिए कोर्ट ने सीबीआई डायरेक्टर को जांचकर कार्यवाही करने का आदेश दिया है. साथ ही उप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड को आदेश की प्रति सीबीआई डायरेक्टर को कार्यवाही हेतु भेजने का आदेश दिया है.
