19 (1) ए
अनुच्छेद 19 (के) और अनुच्छेद 19 (बी) दोनों को कहा जा सकता है, क्योंकि 19 (के) के अनुसार भाषण और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार और 19 (बी) के अनुसार शांतिपूर्ण सभा का अधिकार, यानी कोई भी व्यक्ति कर सकता है अपने निजी भवन पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराएं
अनुच्छेद19(क)¡&अनुच्छेद19(ख)¡¡ दोनो को कह सकते हैं, क्योंकि19(क)¡केअनुसार वाक् एवं अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार तथा19(ख)¡¡के अनुसार शान्तीपूर्वक सम्मेलन का अधिकार,अर्थात् शान्तीपूर्वक कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने निजी भवन पर राष्ट्रीय झण्डा फहरा सकता है
