“सजातीय” और “समानता” के बीच अंतर क्या है ?

ऐसे अंग जिनकी मूल रचना तो समान होती हैं लेकिन उनका प्रयोग अलग-अलग कार्यों के लिए होता है, समजात अंग कहलाते हैं | जैसे- छिपकली के पंजे (Forelimb) ,चमगादड़ व पक्षी के पंख ,मानव के पंजे , मेंढक के पंजे आदि|
ऐसे अंग जिनकी मूल संरचना समान होती है लेकिन विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए उपयोग किए जाते हैं, समजातीय अंग कहलाते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, forelimb, चमगादड़ और पक्षी के पंख, मानव पंजे, मेंढक के पंजे आदि।
